Elaine Warfel Stauffer grew up making fudge and selling it alongside her mother and sisters at Markets in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  She continues the family tradition at The Dayton Market in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, where she has been a vendor of fine chocolates since 1993.

Warfels Chocolates offers something for every taste, from truffles to nut clusters, including fudge made from Elaine’s childhood recipe.  The thinly layered chocolate pecan toffee has been a favorite for decades, while Warfels continues to create new specialties inspired by the seasons.  Local families celebrate with Warfels peanut butter eggs at Easter and peppermint barks at Christmas.

Warfels Chocolates are made the old fashioned way in Elaine’s health-inspected kitchen in her home.  You have never had chocolate this fresh, and you will taste the difference!
